I’m Netta Shtal, a financial coach and lecturer in financial education, with a master’s degree in business administration and experience working with nonprofits, local authorities, and private clients.

I work with a unique approach that combines understanding the numbers with emotional support, enabling everyone to gain control over their money and build a stable and secure financial future.

Before entering the field of family finance, I managed a startup and worked for three years at a venture capital fund, where I strengthened my understanding of the need for smart financial management.

I trained in financial coaching through Dave Ramsey’s program, where I acquired practical and effective tools to help people achieve their financial goals. Additionally, I completed a course at Guma-Gavim College in financial therapy—the research field that connects the world of emotions and decision-making with the “rigid” financial world.

Since late 2020, I’ve been focusing on family finance out of a genuine passion to help families and individuals build financial well-being and better lives for themselves.
