1:1 coaching - your path to financial calmness stars here

The financial journey can be lonely and confusing.
Professional guidance can significantly shorten, simplify, and ease your process.
Within a few weeks, we can build and implement a personalized plan tailored to your situation and goals.

Who is this for

Couples

Has money become a source of tension and arguments? Earning above average but still sinking into the red? It’s time to break this negative cycle and find common ground regarding money and life goals. Financial coaching will help you work together like the power couple you’re meant to be.

Singles

Financial management is another task you need to handle independently. When there’s no one to consult with, the financial journey can feel very lonely and alienating. The financial coaching process will push you to advance the tasks you’ve been postponing, make decisions through conversation and consultation, and build the life you dream of.

After a breakup

Managing finances as individuals is very different from managing finances as a couple. The transition can be a disruptive event that requires addressing considerations you didn’t have to think about before—divisions, accounts, pension balance adjustments. All of these don’t have to be a shock. The financial coaching process will help you learn the world of money and find tools that are comfortable for you for ongoing management, and will provide you with a softer landing into your new reality.

Self-employed individuals

Financial management is especially complex for business owners. Personal and business finances tend to mix and create a whole mess that makes decision-making difficult, both for the household and for the business. Cash flow problems can drag even veteran and profitable business owners into a whirlwind of loans, with the accompanying emotional turmoil making financial management impossible. If you recognized yourself here—you don’t have to go through this alone.

Coaching structure

Introductory call, compatibility assessment, and work plan development

We’ll start with a preliminary 45-minute conversation, where we’ll map out your personal needs. In this conversation, we’ll understand together whether financial coaching is the right tool for you and build the first steps toward your financial transformation. From this conversation, you’ll leave with an action plan that you can implement independently or with my guidance.

Getting to know and deepening understanding of your financial-family history

In the first sessions, we’ll dedicate time to understanding the financial background you come from, with the goal of identifying in advance the source of patterns and thoughts that have accompanied you until today in dealing with money. Such patterns, if not identified in time, can greatly hinder your progress—even if it seems “illogical.” Therefore, it’s important to dedicate time to this topic before moving on to practical tasks.

Setting clear goals

After the introductory stage, we’ll define together clear and personalized goals that you’ll be able to achieve, taking into account all your personal circumstances.

Debt mapping (in relevant cases)

If one of your goals is debt elimination—we’ll understand together your debt situation and build an action plan for rapid debt closure.

Learning and practicing budget management wisely and easily

Here we move to the practical part of the plan—you’ll learn how to manage a household expense plan, we’ll adapt comfortable and easy tools for you (not Excel!), and we’ll ensure your budget helps you reach the goals you’ve defined.

Getting the big picture in order

We’ll look together at savings, pensions, continuing education funds, and insurance—we’ll make sure you have everything you need, on the best terms and without duplicate payments.

Preparing for investments

We’ll ensure you’re ready for informed risk-taking tailored to your goals, and equip you with reliable information about entities and information sources you can trust (and who you can’t trust) in the investment world.

What does the coaching plan include?

Every question has an answer

Who is the process suitable for?

Financial coaching is suitable for couples, individuals, separated people, and self-employed individuals who want to advance their financial journey at high speed with professional guidance.
When you start financial coaching with me, it means you’re ready to give the financial topic high priority for a given period. You’ll dedicate time and attention to your financial development, and you’ll try different actions from what you’ve done until now—because nothing will change if nothing changes.
In my experience, there are always reasons for “why now isn’t the right time,” but in practice, the most effective time to start a process is the moment the financial topic starts bothering you and you feel you could be in a different place if you were managing more wisely.
Most of my clients are 30-50 years old, and these are excellent years to leverage career momentum to build a stable financial foundation.

Financial coaching is not the right process for you if you are:

  • Dealing with addiction (gambling, shopping, alcohol, and drugs) – the coaching tools are not therapeutic and are insufficient in these situations
  • People suffering from extreme financial anxiety that leads to the emergency room or requires medication
  • People in the cycle of financial abuse – social worker intervention is required
  • If you’ve accumulated debts of over 250,000 shekels outside the mortgage framework – it’s advisable to contact Paamonim or one of the organizations dealing with such cases
  • Debtors in bankruptcy proceedings – the process is not suitable for you because conduct during bankruptcy is very limited

The process includes:

  • Individual/couples Zoom sessions according to what was agreed in the initial introductory meeting
  • WhatsApp support between sessions
  • Materials for self-study according to need and relevance
  • Personalized reading and viewing recommendations
  • A modern and convenient toolkit that will serve you during and after the process
  • Unique bonuses

On average, an hour and a half per week over three months.

This time includes the sessions themselves, self-study, and also the tasks you’ll receive between sessions.

Financial consulting and planning usually focus on practical questions of money management: where to save, how to invest, what products exist and are suitable for your ability and goals.

Financial coaching deals with a broader question: how to manage money in life itself. In other words, not just what’s right on paper, but how to make decisions, how to change habits, how to stop avoiding, and how to build a system you can stick with. In the process, we work on the numbers, but mainly on the patterns, fears, increasing clarity, and improving couple communication, to create lasting change.

Yes, very much so. In fact, many couples come from exactly this place. There are almost always gaps between partners around money, and that doesn’t mean something is wrong with the relationship, but simply that you need to find a common language and better tools. In the process, we won’t look for who’s right but will find ways you can work together toward the goals you define as important to you.

Usually, you can feel change fairly quickly, sometimes even after two or three sessions. However, stable and deep change isn’t built in a month. It happens gradually, through small decisions, new habits, and consistent work. Some will see very rapid results in cash flow or conduct, and others will take longer to break old patterns.

In any case, the goal is not just to feel good, but to create real change that will last for years.

The process will touch on all the points that are important for you to be more stable, calm, and financially in control. Very common topics are: debt elimination, getting out of the red, building an expense plan, improving cash flow, establishing an emergency fund, reviewing insurance and pensions, making better consumer decisions, preparing for major goals, and preparing for first investments.

Beyond that, we’ll also work on what sits beneath the numbers: avoidance, confusion, shame, lack of couple agreement, difficulty setting boundaries, and habits that no longer serve you. The goal is not just to organize the money, but to build a healthier and stronger relationship with it.
